Baked Gobi Manchurian Dry | Cauliflower manchurian

Baked Gobi Manchurian is healthy and delicious vegetarian starter where marinated cauliflower is baked and saute with Manchurian sauce.I have made this Baked Gobi Manchurian in dry version if you want saucy then add 1 tbsp of cornflour with 1 cup of water to the cooked sauce and let it cook for about 3-4 mins and then add the baked cauliflower to get Saucy Baked Gobi Manchurian .As i am Indo-Chinese food lover i love Gobi Manchurian and since it is deep fried i make it only once a month 🙁 but later on thought of trying baked version so i can eat without any guilt  😉 and to my surprise even taste wise i got that crispy coating 😀 😀 but the only important part is preparing Manchurian sauce as the Taste totally depends on measurement of the sauce so add it carefully.Just taste the sauce if you find the taste good then its fine or else add more to compensate your taste .This recipe takes ample amount of time but its worth when it comes to taste ;). This dish goes well with schzewan rice or chow mein or noodles or you can just have it as starter with any dip 😉 …You can also check out healthy recipes Orange cauliflower , Cauliflower wings , Baked Green beans fries

Now if you don’t want to use sauce then you can add chili powder, salt, oats powder, pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder to the cauliflower and dip it with milk and bread crumbs then bake for about 400 F in 40 mins and serve crispy cauliflower as healthy starter.Trust me it tastes good without sauce too 😀 will post this soon !
