Chicken liver pepper fry is delicious starter or side dish for rice or roti which has pepper flavor all over the chicken liver which makes it more tempting and mouthwatering.To impress guest by cooking with just 10 mins is awesome right?? - Chicken liver – 250 gm
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Chilli powder- 2 tsp
- Pepper powder – 2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Gingergarlic paste – 2 tsp
- Green chilli – 2
- Oil-3 tbsp

Add turmeric to liver and after 5 mins rinse it well with water.
For marination add turmeric,coriander powder,chili powder,pepper powder,salt,ginger garlic paste to the liver.Let all the spices get soaked into liver about overnight in refrigerator or just 10 mins before you cook.I prefer soaking overnight 😉
Add oil to pan and once hot add the marinated liver.Now close the lid and cook for about 10 mins.No need to add water because after 5 mins of cooking it will ooze out water naturally.
Slit the green chilli and add to the cooked liver.Saute for a min and serve hot with roti or rice.
