Chicken momo

Chicken momo is perfect recipe for starter which is prepared with all purpose flour, ground meat and vegetables. You can make it more healthier by using wheat flour instead of all purpose flour.Garlic sauce is perfect side dish for momos.

Ingredients
  1. All purpose flour-2 cup
  2. Chicken breast-1
  3. Onion-1
  4. Coriander leaf-2 tbsp
  5. Sesame seeds-1 tsp
  6. Chili powder-2 tsp
  7. Garam masala-1 tsp
  8. Carrot-1
  9. Cabbage-1/2 cup
  10. Spring onion-1
  11. Ginger-2 tsp
  12. Garlic - 2 tsp
  13. Salt-to taste
  14. Oil-4 tsp
Instructions
  1. Take all purpose flour in bowl and kneed it like roti dough.Lastly add 1 tsp oil at the end and cover it.Keep it aside for about 15 mins.You can also replace all purpose flour with wheat flour.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the meat.Clean and chop the chicken breast and grind the chicken breast just once as shown or buy ground chicken breast.
  3. Add carrot,spring onion(green part),onion,coriander leaf,garlic,ginger,cabbage,salt,chili powder,sesame seeds and 3 tsp pf oil.
  4. Mix everything together well and start preparing the momos as shown below in detailed recipe section.
  5. Take 1 tsp of meat and place it in middle of small circle thin shaped dough (make sure not to add more meat then making dumpling would be difficult).Design momo as shown below.
  6. You can use idly cooker or any kind of steamer for steaming this momo. Add water to the bottom of steamer and place the momo in steamer plate and cook for about 15-20 mins (there will be color change from pure white to dull white that is perfect consistency)
