Broccoli Fry (Healthy snack)

Broccoli Fry is healthy snack which is roasted using oven for about 20 mins in 450 F until the crushed garlic changes to slight brown in color.You can serve  this Broccoli Fry with hot sauce or ranch.You can also fry using in pan by adding onion,ginger garlic paste,salt,pepper,broccoli and sprinkle 1 tbsp water and cook till soft

Ingredients
  1. Broccoli-2 cup
  2. Crushed Garlic-6
  3. Salt-to tatse
  4. Spring onion-2 or onion-1
  5. Pepper-1 tbsp
  6. Oil- 3 tbsp
  7. Hot sauce-as required (optional)
  8. Ranch- as required (optional)
Instructions
  1. Peel the florets from broccoli bunch or just cut the florets into small parts and rinse it well with water.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 F and cover the baking pan with aluminium sheet.Using brush just add the 2 tbsp oil all over baking pan
  3. Add crushed garlic , chopped Onion,pepper,salt,1 tbsp oil to the broccoli florets and mix it well.
  4. Add the marinated broccoli florets to baking pan and spread all over so that they all the florets face to baking pan.Bake at 450 F for about 20 mins until it changes to slight brown in color.
Notes
  1. Make sure to spread oil all over the baking pan so that this helps to form crispy layer to the ends of florets.
  2. You can bake along with chicken to give more flavor 😉
