Marble cake is combination of white and dark coco batter which is soft and fluffy made from scratch and amazingly delicious.This recipe is made with wheat flour rather than all purpose flour which is comparatively healthier 😉 Marble cake is one my favorite and I prepare this cake when i can’t decide vanilla or chocolate :p .This cake recipe doesn’t need any hand mixer just whisk is enough to prepare this easy Marble cake and Anyone can make this beautiful swirl and its just so easy by using tooth pic like first pour half of the white batter and then add 1/2 coco batter and then using tooth pic just draw few lines making swirls.Then pour remaining white batter and then coco batter ,use the tooth pic by drawing few lines 😉 isn’t it easy ??? So just enjoy your day by having this choco vanilla heaven cake 😀 😀 and you know my home is just sooooooooooooooooo aromatic right now and have to control myself until i finish taking pictures :p !!!!!
Serves : 8 big slices Total time: 35 mins
- Wheat flour-2 cups
- Baking powder-1 tbsp
- Eggs-4 (room temperature)
- 2 % fat Milk-1 cup (room temperature)
- Coco powder-4 tbsp
- Sugar-1 cup
- Vanilla essence-1 tsp
- Oil-1 cup
- tooth pic-1
Marble cake recipe:
- Preheat oven at 350 F and grease the square pan (9*9 inch) with oil and dust all the sides of the pan with flour.
- Add four eggs,sugar and whisk for about 5 mins in large bowl.
- Add milk,salt,vanilla essence,oil and then mix well.
- Sieve the wheat flour ,baking powder twice and then add to the liquid mixture.Slowly mix it for about 2 mins.
- Add coco powder in separate bowl and then add half of the white batter to it.Combine well to get dark chocolaty color batter.
- Take the greased pan and then first pour half of the white batter then pour half of the coco batter.Now using tooth pic just drag the coco batter as you like ;).Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
- Bake at 350 F for about 35 mins and to check the cake is baked perfectly just insert the tooth pic and if the tooth pick is clean then its cooked or else bake it for few mins till it gets cooked.
- Once cooled just remove the cake from the pan and cut into desired slices .Serve this yummy moist delicious chocolate vanilla heaven cake and store in airtight container for 2 days but trust me this will be finished within a day so i guess no need of storing 😉
