Nutty Cookies (Vegan,flour-less cookie)

Nutty Cookies are flour-less,vegan,healthy cookies which do not contain butter,oil,added sugar and perfect for healthy Gluten free snack.This is intensely addictive because of its nutty flavor and importantly healthy as this Nutty Cookies recipe contains only banana,nuts,cranberry,coconut so fully loaded with ultimate healthy items 🙂 .I was soo happy when i found this recipe in internet because i always crave for healthy recipes and this cookie will really amaze everybody as it is gluten free ,yummy and delicious too.

Nutty Cookies

If you have ripe bananas in your counter then no worries try this recipe or Banana oats Cookie or Banana choco bites. If you wanna bake later then just remove the skin of banana and cut into small pieces then add it in ziplock bag and freeze it.Then when you wanna bake this Banana Oatmeal Cookies defrost the banana and use in this recipe.You can also check out other healthy breakfast recipes

Nutty Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Banana- 1 (ripe)
  • Dates-8
  • Flax seed powder-1/2 cup
  • Cranberry-1/2 cup
  • Sunflower seeds-1/2 cup
  • Almond powder-1/2 cup
  • Shredded coconut-1 cup
  • Chopped walnut-4
  • Almond milk-1 tbsp or water [binding]

Nutty Cookies recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 300 F , grease the baking plate covered with aluminium foil with oil.
  • Blend banana, dates together by adding little water or almond milk.Transfer it to bowl.

  • Add flax seed powder,cranberry,sunflower seeds,shredded coconut,almond powder,chopped walnut, to the bowl and combine everything together.

  • Take small portion of the mixture and make shapes based on your choice with hand or mold and place it in baking plate.

  • Bake at 300 F for about 23-25 mins or until it forms slight brown layer at the bottom.
  • Once it gets cooled, the cookies can be easily removed from the baking plate.You can consume this in a day at room temperature and then refrigerate remaining  it for about 3 days.Whenever you want to consume just microwave for about 30 secs and enjoy this healthy no added sugar,no flour Nutty cookies.

Note:

  • You can add nuts of your choice to this Nutty cookies recipe and have a healthy snack during the evening !
  • For kids using their favorite cartoon character mold will make them excited and consume this delicious cookie!
  • Instead of sunflower seeds you can also use pumpkin seeds or pistachio 🙂
