- Eggs -4
- Chilli powder-2 tsp
- Sambar powder-2 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Oil-2 tbsp

- You need hard boiled eggs for this recipe.
- Heat pan with oil and once hot add chilli powder,sambar powder ,salt saute for a min.Add the shallots and saute for a min.
- Cut the eggs in half and add it to the spicy mixture.Cook on both the sides for 2 mins.
Serve egg fry as starter with your favorite Dip
Serve as side dish for briyani or curd rice or rasam rice
