Mini Idly with podi

Mini Idly with podi is my favorite lunch box which my mom prepares most of the time and as soon as you open the tiffin box the flavor of sesame oil just makes you so tempting 😉 😉 … This recipe will be loved by kids because of its shape and this is perfect while you are travelling as this dish does not need any chutney or sambar which may spill out and moreover it wont get spoiled within a day .

Trick to get perfect round shape idly

Dip the spoon into water and then scoop the idly out from the plate. This method will help the idly to maintain its shape perfectly and it wont stick to the plate.
