Ragi Porridge | Finger millet Porridge (Low Fat breakfast in 5 mins)

Ragi Porridge is very good for our health and mostly i take this for my breakfast and after 2 hrs I consume 5 almonds +1 dates .Ragi Porridge is highly nutritious which contains loads of fiber,dates,walnuts,shredded coconut,any fruits of your choice and most importantly no sugar 😉  so by this way you consume healthy and protein rich food start of the day 😀 !!

Ragi Porridge


  • Ragi flour – 1/2 cup
  • Dates -2 chopped
  • Water -1 and 1/4 cup
  • Walnut powder-2 tsp
  • Grapes-6
  • Strawberry-1 (optional)
  • Shredded coconut-2 tsp

Ragi Porridge

Ragi Porridge recipe:

  • Boil water in pan.


  • Mix ragi flour and little water such that there are no lumps in separate bowl.



  • Add the diluted ragi mixture,chopped dates, to boiling water and keep on stirring 3-4 minutes until ragi gets thickened.


  • Pour ragi porridge in bowl and garnish with walnuts powder ,grapes,shredded coconut.
