  1. Blueberry- 1 cup
  2. Yogurt-1 cup
  3. Honey- 1 or 2 tsp
  4. Milk-1/4 cup
  5. Ice cubes- optional
  1. Blend yogurt,blueberry,milk,honey together to get smoothie consistency.
  2. Add Ice cubes and just blend once to get crunchy icy texture in smoothie (optional)
  1. Serve Blueberry smoothie with bread toast for breakfast
  2. You can replace yogurt with banana


  • Blueberry- 1 cup
  • Yogurt-1 cup(low fat)
  • Honey- 1 or 2 tsp
  • Milk-1/4 cup
  • Ice Cubes-optional
