Celery Soup (Weight loss)

Celery Soup is healthy weight loss recipe which has no oil content or maida and perfect for instant breakfast or lunch and moreover it makes your tummy full as it contains broccoli,carrot and to increase its flavor spring onion and garlic cloves are added.




Try to include this Celery Soup at least once in a week to flush out all toxin content from our body and the most important fact is low in calorie so why not try it 😉 .When i tasted this Celery Soup for first time it tasted so flavorful because of garlic and as i am garlic lover i liked this soup very much.

Ingredients
  1. Celery-1 bunch
  2. Salt-to taste
  3. Broccoli-1 bunch
  4. Carrot-1
  5. Pepper-1 tsp
  6. Water-2 cups
  7. Spring onion or onion-3
  8. Garlic cloves-5
Instructions
  1. Peel the Celery sticks apart and clean it thoroughly. Cut the top and end of the sticks and discard it.
  2. Chop the Celery into desired shapes.
  3. Clean the carrot and broccoli.Chop the carrot and discard the stem part of broccoli.
  4. Add celery,carrot,broccoli,garlic,white part of spring onion,water to the deep pan.
  5. Close the lid and let it boil for about 15 mins.Add salt and pepper.
  6. Once it cools use food processor to blend all the veges.To get crunchy flavor just pulse it once and to get smoothie consistency pulse it 3 times.
Notes
  1. Serve Celery Soup with bread sticks or protein rich adai (type of South Indian dosa)
