Cucumber Raita is my favorite and to beat the summer you can have it like a salad. Grate the cucumber finely and Squeeze the excess water from it and then add curd,salt,cumin powder,coriander leaf.To make thick curd use colander so that excess water is drained out. It tastes soo yummy with kebab or tandoori.
- Curd/yogurt-1 cup
- Salt-1 tsp
- Cumin powder-2 tsp
- Coriander leaf- 1 tsp
- Pour the curd into colander so that we get thick curd out of it and drains out the excess water.
- Peel the cucumber and grate it.You can squeeze out the water from grated cucumber if you want raita to be thick.
- Add the grated cucumber,thick curd ,salt,cumin powder,coriander leaf in a bowl and mix it well
- Serve Cucumber Raita with Briyani or tandoori or Chicken seekh kebab.
