Sprouts Salad is very healthy and protein rich recipe which is really good for people who are into weight loss process , this salad can be consumed as breakfast or as evening snack. My mom always grows sprouts at home and she will make us eat compulsorily after breakfast or lunch ..
As i don’t like eating only sprouts she used to compel me to have but i used to have just 2 tbsp 😉 .Later she customized it by adding chat masala,onion and lemon juice.Moreover she is my mom she knows the tricks to feed me 😛 😛 , from them on i started consuming at least once in a week.If you don’t like to eat sprouts alone then customize based on your preference. You can also add meat to the sprouts and consume it 😀
Vegan Sprouts Salad
- Sprouts-1 cup
- Tomato- 1/4 cup chopped
- Onion-1/4 cup chopped
- Carrot-1/2 cup grated
- lettuce-1/2 cup chopped
- Salt- as per taste
- Lemon juice-2 tsp
