Eggless Ragi Brownies (Fingermillet brownie)

Eggless Ragi Brownies with chocolaty flavor  is moist and this is best ever brownie that i have baked without using egg or butter. I just thought to give it a try using Ragi/finger millet flour and to my surprise just couldn’t believe it turned out so moist and yummy.You can also include wheat flour to get more firm brownies but I loved using only Ragi Flour .Here after for sure i am gonna make this Eggless Ragi brownies for any celebration as this is super easy to make and healthier version rather than using All purpose flour 😀 .Now my home is just so aromatic and eagerly waiting for Brownies 😀 😀 😀 .Check out other Ragi recipes




Eggless Ragi Brownies

 

 

Here i have used Baking glass pan which bakes Eggless Ragi Brownies faster than metal pan so bake at 325 F for glass pan and 350F for metal pan.This recipe will be loved by all and no one can identify its the Ragi/Finger millet flour instead of All purpose flour and it just takes 20 -25 mins to bake .So if you wanna have brownie quickly then this recipe is the perfect choice!
Eggless Ragi Brownies

 

Ingredients:

  • Ragi Flour-1 cup
  • Olive oil-1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar-1/2 cup
  • Coco powder-1/3 cup
  • Baking powder-1 tsp
  • Milk 2 % fat -3/4 cup (cold)
  • Salt-pinch
  • Vanilla essence-1 tsp

Eggless Ragi Brownies recipe:

  • Preheat Oven to 325 F and grease the 8*8 inch baking glass pan  with oil and keep it aside.If you are using metal pan then preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Add Ragi flour,coco powder,baking powder,sugar,salt to the bowl and combine everything.

  • Sieve the mixture so that there no lumps.And this is important step so don’t avoid it.

  • Add the wet ingredients oil,cold milk,vanilla essence.You can add room temperature milk or cold.

  • Combine without any lumps and pour the brownie batter to the greased glass pan.Bake at 325 F for about 20-22 mins.Make sure to poke the brownie with toothpick and if it comes out clean take out the brownie from the oven or else bake more.

  • Once cooled just cut the brownie into square size and serve it alone or with an ice cream 😀

Note:

  • Store it for 3 days in air tight container.
  • You can use milk either in room temp or cold.
  • Don’t avoid to sieve the dry ingredients as this gives good texture to the brownie.
  • You can use any oil of your choice.
  • Bake 325 F for 20-25 mins if using glass pan which is baking safe.If using Metal pan then bake the brownie at 350 F for about 20-25 mins or until tooth pick comes out clean.
